Garden of Hope is owned and operated by Elder Dr. Belinda McNeal-Walker M.S.,Ed.D. Elder Belinda McNeal-Walker founded the Garden of Hope- Outreach Women’s Ministry in late 2009. The Ministry is incorporated and meets the legal guidelines as a 501C 3 Tax Exempt Organization. Elder Dr. McNeal-Walker has 15 Years of Educational Leadership experience and 35 years of current research experience in special and general education practices. She has obtained certification licensees and endorsements by the state of Florida in the following areas:

Her educational background includes an Associates in Arts degree from Indian River State College, A Bachelor of Arts and Humanities degree from Florida Atlantic University with a focus in Elementary Education, a Master of Science degree with a concentration in Special Education from Nova Southeastern University, a Dual Doctorate in Educational Leadership K-12 and Higher Educational Leadership. Dr. Belinda L. McNeal-Walker is also an author. Jesus Christ the Savior is Born (ISBN 978-1-4669-0719-5) is the first published work of a series of Christian children’s books. Her future aspirations include building and overseeing a state-of-the-art daycare and educational facility for infants and toddlers ages birth to 4 with exceptional needs.
