Garden of Hope is owned and operated by Elder Dr. Belinda McNeal-Walker M.S.,Ed.D. Elder Belinda McNeal-Walker founded the Garden of Hope- Outreach Women’s Ministry in late 2009. The Ministry is incorporated and meets the legal guidelines as a 501C 3 Tax Exempt Organization. Elder Dr. McNeal-Walker has 15 Years of Educational Leadership experience and 35 years of current research experience in special and general education practices. Her future aspirations include building and overseeing a state-of-the-art daycare and educational facility for infants and toddlers ages birth to 4 with exceptional needs.
